Amazing show. Highlights in set one included an inspiring Voodoo Lady, Jimmy was killing it on Appleseed, All Blues, and Birdsong cover with sit-ins left us wanting more. 



For set 2 they did a really nice TD2 and Look Johnny II had an incredible jam as I recall. I think the very pinnacle of greatness was the (fairly) new song simply called none, my current favorite tune. The lyrics Brian and Sam wrote and the way it's structured musically is the Dogs at their very best. I really hope this song stays in the rotation because it's really an anthem of sorts. It wasn't particularly long but it was played to absolute perfection and Jimmy nearly brought the house down with his solo. Damn I love that song. 



All the sit-ins were great and I'm usually a little bit disappointed when guest musicians are brought on stage, no matter who it is. Not this time. 



Finally, I have to mention the performances of Sam and Joey. Watching them play jazz tunes with Jeremy before the show for the cleverly named Cats In A Stack was a first for me and truly eye opening. Had no idea Sam was that good. Thought I'd picked up improvement and more confidence from him in recent Dogs shows but he clearly had all that talent before and it just wasn't so apparent to me. Anyway, Sam really sounds great on the enhanced audio from the nugs app. Really makes me want to get some 360• supported headphones to get even better sound. Would love to hear from anyone who's forked over the money for those before I do that though.
